Shipping policy

Our designed items will ship within 3-5 business days after ordering and will typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If a package is missing, please contact madmattsjerky@gmail.com and we will help you open a claim with the shipping provider.

 

Our food items such as seasonings and baked goods, will be shipped within 3 business days and typically arrives in 3-5 business days after shipping. If your order for a food item is placed on a Friday, it will be held for shipping by us until the following Monday. This is to keep your fresh items from sitting in a hot truck or warehouse all weekend.
